Therapeutic massage uses hands-on techniques selected according to your health history, assessment findings, symptoms, goals, and preferences. Treatment may include lighter or deeper pressure, general massage, deep tissue massage, focused soft-tissue techniques, fascial techniques, trigger point work, and movement.
Pressure and techniques are adjusted throughout the appointment based on your comfort and response. RAPID, IASTM, or cupping may also be included when appropriate and with your consent. The treatment does not follow a fixed routine.

We'll review your response to treatment and any relevant self-care recommendations. If further treatment may be appropriate, the suggested frequency and goals will be discussed with you.
Direct billing is available for many insurance plans. Coverage and eligibility depend on your individual policy.
New clients should select Initial Assessment + Treatment. Returning clients can choose a Follow-Up Treatment or Reassessment + Treatment. You do not need to choose a technique when booking.
