Practising as an RMT since 2019, Mathieu provides assessment-based registered massage therapy using therapeutic massage, RAPID NeuroFascial Reset, IASTM, and cupping when appropriate. Each appointment is adapted to your presentation, treatment goals, preferences, and response to care.

The clinic focuses on assessment-based, therapeutic care rather than relaxation-only massage. Treatment is intended for people experiencing pain, tension, or movement restrictions that affect their daily activities.
Jaw pain, clenching, grinding, or restricted opening. Headaches that may be associated with jaw or neck tension. Intraoral techniques may be included with specific informed consent.
Pain or tension that returns after temporary relief.
Difficulty turning your neck, lifting your shoulder, or moving comfortably.
Pain, stiffness, or restricted movement that continues after an older or recent injury.
Neck, shoulder, or low back discomfort associated with prolonged sitting, computer work, or repetitive activity.

Ongoing stiffness or restricted mobility after a procedure, once massage therapy is appropriate and any required medical clearance has been obtained.

Therapeutic massage is the foundation of treatment. Techniques and pressure are adapted to your assessment findings, comfort, goals, and response. RAPID, IASTM, or cupping may be included when appropriate, with your consent.
A hands-on technique performed while the client actively moves. RAPID may be included as part of treatment for pain, sensitivity, or movement restriction. Mathieu has completed RAPID training in upper body, lower body, and core.

Stainless steel instruments are used to apply controlled pressure to the skin and underlying soft tissue. IASTM may be included to address pain, sensitivity, or reduced range of motion.

Cups create suction on the skin and superficial tissues. Cupping may be included alongside massage therapy to address pain or muscle tension. Temporary circular marks may occur after treatment.
